Description
Consider a Homalomena species if you want a lush, green, and fascinating houseplant. They are a genus of tropical plant is known for their big, waxy, and glossy leaves. This plant is easy to take care of, and even though it grows slowly, it is worth the wait.
While Homalomena Camouflage will withstand low light circumstances, it will perform best when placed in medium indirect light. Burnt leaves indicate that your Homalomena Camouflage is receiving too much light. This can be remedied by relocating the plant to a location better suited to its light requirements. It is essential to ensure that your Homalomena obtains the proper amount of water. Too much water makes them susceptible to root rot and yellowing of the leaves. On the other hand, if the plant is kept dry for too long, they can lose their vibrant colour. Before re-watering, allow the top inch or so of compost to dry out. When you do, ensure that the water flows out of the drainage holes at the bottom of the pot.
